Where Thoughtful Order Begins
Vellichor opened its doors in Bangkok in 2019, born out of a simple observation: families in Thailand often hold a great deal of important paperwork — and a great deal of family memory — with nowhere considered to put either.
Our founder, Narisara Prasertchai, spent years working in archival and records administration before recognising that families needed the same kind of thoughtful system-building that institutions received — only delivered with warmth rather than formality.
Today, Vellichor works with individuals, families, and organisations across Bangkok and surrounding areas. Every engagement reflects our core commitment: we help people put things in order, at their pace, with nothing rushed and nothing assumed.

Strict Confidentiality
Client records and personal details shared during any session are never retained, duplicated, or disclosed. What comes into the atelier stays there.
Education-Only Scope
All content delivered by Vellichor is general and informational. We do not cross into regulated advice, document drafting, or representation of any kind.
Clear Scope Before Any Session
We discuss what is and is not included in any service before it begins. Clients always know what they are receiving and what lies outside our offering.
Client-Directed Pace
No two families are in the same position. Sessions flex to the needs and pace of each client — nothing is rushed, and no decision is pressed.
Data Protection Awareness
We apply straightforward data protection practices to all personal information we receive, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Vellichor maintains active membership in the Society of Archivists Thailand, staying current with best practices in records preservation and management.
Document Organisation as a Quiet Craft
Vellichor works at the intersection of practical organisation and meaningful preservation. Personal records — certificates, correspondence, photographs, handwritten notes — deserve more than a drawer or a dusty folder. They deserve a considered system that can be maintained by anyone in a family, not just the person who built it.
Our sessions are grounded in hands-on facilitation. We sort alongside you, explain each step, and leave you with a structure you understand and can expand. The folder kit and checklist included in the Document Atelier Session serve as a reference long after the appointment is over.
Preserving Stories with Intention
The Memory & Legacy Writing Workshop grew from a recognition that many families hold important stories informally — in the memories of elders, in casual conversations — without any record. Our workshops offer a gentle structure for capturing those stories in writing, supported by archival guidance on keeping them readable and accessible for years ahead.
We serve families of all backgrounds across Bangkok. The work is respectful of cultural context, personal belief, and family circumstance. Participants frequently describe workshops as unexpectedly moving — as much a gathering as an educational event.
